Green By Nature is an amazing company. They succeed where other companies fail, showing their deep care for their customers and the planet.
Green By Nature knows that the customer is more important than the almighty dollar, and this philosophy shines through their great line of lotions, scrubs, lip butters, foot creams, salves and many other skin care products. They solemnly swear to "stimulate the senses and promote overall well-being" by using 90% natural ingredients in every product. They refuse to add Parabens, Sulfates, and DEA to their products, an important and potentially life saving promise to the customer. Parabens are a suspected cancer causing agent in women, yet they're still in 95% of all moisterizers, gels and shampoos. Sulfate can break through skin's natural defenses to irritate skin, while DEA (Diethanolamine) can create cancer-causing nitrates during production.
Their products come in all shapes, forms, and definetly fragrances. It's rare to find a company that gives at least 5 unique fragrance choices for each product. Their elegant, moisterizing body butter is available in seven, including mint green tea, lavender vanilla, banana shea, ginger lemon, almond cocoa, lemon verbena, and chamomile rose. It feels reassuring to know that the all natural ingredients in the products can really live up to their names.
If you're not already completely in love with Green By Nature, you will be when you hear that they donate 1% of all net annual sales to grassroots environmental groups to "affect real change". They've teamed up with 1% For The Planet, an alliance of businesses that do the same to save the big, blue sphere that we all know and love, the Earth. They point out that they "understand that profit and loss are directly linked to the health of our environment". In our humble opinion, they get one very big, green thumbs up.
